I think you answered your own question in the last two sentences of paragraph three.

"I am in for the long haul and do not plan to sell anytime soon.  I see great resource, very good drill results, stand alone resource per 43-101, very nicely cashed up, super management."

The financing should close about December 10th followed by drill results and a detailed winter drill program.  Investors did not come in blind with a $17 million cash infusion, they are in it to make money and are experienced in mining.  We can't control the short term ups and downs, that is just Mr. Market at work.  In the end the share price will be determined by what Dave is able to prove and what one of the majors is willing to pay.  Hope to move up a bit after the financing closes just to make us all feel better for the holidays, but I am also in for the long haul and expect a buyout that puts a smile on all our faces within a couple years.  i own a lot, but would still add more here.
