It looks like Eldorado bought all of Newmonts shares. INK Insider on TD's WebBroker details 2 transactions:

(1) Jul 21/21 Eldorado Gold Corporation Direct Ownership Public market buy Common Shares $1.575 15,041,746

(2) Jul 20/21 Newmont Mining Corporation Indirect Ownership Private sale Common Shares $1.575 -15,148,646

SEDI shouldhave the appropriate reports detailing the transactions.
