SonnenEnergy Announces Appointment of New Executive Vice-President and Change in Management of its Two Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries

TORONTO, Sept. 19 /CNW/ - SonnenEnergy Corp. (TSX-V: PWR), a photovoltaic solar power systems integrator and solar power producer, is pleased to announce that John Gamble has joined SonnenEnergy Corp. ("SonnenEnergy") as Executive Vice-President, Strategic Operations.

In addition to serving as Executive Vice-President, Mr. Gamble, along with Jeff Dennis, President and CEO of SonnenEnergy, have been named Geschaftsfuehrers (Managing Directors) of SonnenEnergie GmbH and SonnenSolarPark GmbH, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of SonnenEnergy. Mr. Gamble and Mr. Dennis replaced Hans Hager and Charly Manke, who previously served as Geschaftsfuehrers. Mr. Hager continues to serve as Chief Operating Officer and a Director of SonnenEnergy.

Mr. Gamble is the President of York Simcoe Investments Inc., a Toronto-based investment and consulting company.
