Halt

While reading another board one poster said that he feels that there will no doubt be a trading halt just before the permit news release. If I'm not mistaken I think I heard someone mention that briefly at the AGM and it didnt seem to spur on any conversation about it and we moved on to other matters. I for some reason feel it may have been Nick Fuller but someone correct me if I'm wrong. What would be the reasoning behind having a trading halt before a news release?
