In an effort to provide this community with an adequate response to a small group of posters recent behavior, we wish to inform everyone that the next person or people to be found in violation to our six rules of use will be immediately banned - and this decision will not be further discussed.

We have wasted close to OUR ENTIRE DAY, dealing with a situation that is both perpetual, immature, and one that next to nobody condones.

Quite simply, the amount of personal posts has become overwhelming. Though we are prepared for the fact that personal issues can and will break out on occasion, they are now becoming perpetual on this HUB.

This does not suit anybody but those who wish to bring harm to St Elias Mines.

As such, as of BEGINING NOW UNTIL THE END OF THE WEEK, those in violation of any of the rules below will have to deal with the following:

First Foul - Termination

We will have a zero tolerance policy towards:

Bickering, Profanity, Name Calling, Accusations, Repetition, Posting any statements or issues that cannot be substantiated in any factual or tangible means and Off Topic personal messages on the Main Discussion board.

Any messages that include a comment, statement or language that may infuriate, inflame, enrage or otherwise defame one's persona (online or real) a specific poster or unspecified group will be deleted - this includes comments that are made as a footnote addition to an otherwise thoughtful fact based statement.

Those of you who have known me understand this has nothing to do with ego and power. It has everything to do with returning this HUB to its original purposes - the constructive discussion of St. Elias Mines and industry fundamentals leading to the most informed investment decision possible.

If you have a problem, a question or a comment to make that does not deal with St. Elias Mines, DO NOT POST IT HERE YOUR MESSAGE WILL BE DELETED AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE BANNED!!!!!!!!!

Please submit those comments to [email protected] and be aware that a response may take up to 24 hours to arrive given unusually high volumes.

We understand that an AGM is upon you and as shareholders you all have your own questions about the company and its discourse. If you chose to scrutinize, be prepared to accept a view that may be opposite your own (not bashing).

We are asking all of you to take today away from your screens and allow cooler heads to prevail. I kindly ask everyone to consider their fellow shareholders, who flock to the board by the thousands to catch up on the company's latest developments. We demand you keep any personal differences off the forum.

We will not allow this community to deteriorateany further. This is not a my way or the highway arena. If you desire that environment, we invite you to leave.
