Hey Wally,

Would be hard to blame them for that, on a good note SLI has already given back to Peru and it's people. It can be win win, which is never a bad thing. IMO the Peru Goverment know's they have a good thing going with all current mining investment and would not ruin a good thing? Time will tell.
