I think the AGM will go smooth then a couple of months later the due leases in Peru will be let go. I think that this was the plan from the beggining. Cant we-the shareholders gather some money or at least some written commitment letter up before the AGM and make sure this fact is tabled into the AGM minutes. Then it can't be said later that we had no money to renew the leases. Make sure you have a cerificate in your name to get into the meeting if you have intentions on attending. I think we need $90,000.00 going by last years figures. We don't want to lose the whole thing over us not making a move.
