Choy,

This is the latest Exchange bulletin issued by the TSX. You may notice that it is dated in JULY and concerns the Listing Requirements regarding less than 3 directors. If SLI was delisted, the TSX must give public notice through a Bulletin, of which I see none issued yet. Therefore, it appears that SLI is not delisted andb I will add, that it is quite possible that it may not be delisted until severe issues are resolved concerning all parties involved, including the TSXV.

TSX Venture Tier 2 Company

Further to the Exchange bulletin dated June 23, 2014 and the Company's press release dated June 24, 2014, effective at the opening on Friday, July 11, 2014, trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended for failure to maintain Exchange requirements, the Company having less than 3 Directors.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
