Warrant exercise price: 10 cents for a two-year period

Number of placees: 19 placees

Insiders: Peter Haukedal, one million; Senojoc Management Inc. (Lori McClenahan), 2,075,000

Finders' fees: $7,500 payable to Ingenious Communications & Public Relations (Sean Kingsley); $5,000 and 35,000 units (on the same terms as above) payable to 0824712 B.C. Ltd.
