I find it odd as well, but possibly the best outlook as he was unable to back down from the extreme views he believed in. I don't disagree with many of his thoughts, however there were times it was taken to far for the masses. I'm sure he's staying in touch with many through PM's. He may be gone but he is not forgotten.
