What % of shares have to be voted in order for an EGM to be called?

Instead of the court action taken by the Hastmans, I still think an EGM should have been called, and that should have produced the right number fo votes to carry the day.

If you genuinely believe SLi are mining disseminated gold at Tesoro, where is the processing plant?
