RCMP INVESTIGATION

Seventeen months!!-----They investigated !

A reasonable question, What would the RCMP have done after one, two or three months of investigating SLI , where they could NOT find enough evidence to prove intent, A reasonable answer, They would have come to the conclusion that there was no fraud and shut down this investigation! But NO!!! they kept on with this investigation for another fourteen, fifteen, sixteen months and still could NOT find enough evidence to prove intent!!!
