Whereas IGD was supposedly transitioning to a tech company, would directors from a mineral/exploration company be, let us say "qualified"?  I have not been following IGD, nor any stock for that matter, but I do recall that there remains a "voting item" never ratified by shareholders from several years ago, which in reality, would render all activity since, null and void. For the TSX, and even securities regulators to allow IGD to continue existing, only enhances their awkward position even more. Stock markets will not exist in the near future, for they are being revealed to the core, which causes the demise and collapse. No One has to worry about their money though, for there are New things coming, better than any stock market ever was to the privileged. A huge storm for banks is about to hit Canada, hint, a lot of it has to do with financial institution employees......
