Ok, tell us what this means please. 

1. What assets does the company have left?

2. How much debt is the company carrying?

3. Is the goal to be publicly traded again?

Once those 3 are answered I will have more questions. 

What I expect for answers are

1. Zero

2. Hundreds of thousands owed to executive directors

3. Yes
