The Company announces that it will be seeking regulatory approval for an extension to the term

of 1,363,636 warrants relating to a private placement of units completed by the Company in

December 2006. The warrants are exercisable at a price of $0.22 per share and are set to expire

on December 29, 2008. The Company is seeking approval to extend the term of the warrants to

December 29, 2010. Other than the extension, the terms of the warrants will remain unchanged.
