Tres-Or Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (“LOI”)

with the principals of a Brazilian gold property. Evaluation of the property potential is being directed by

Harrison Cookenboo, Ph.D., P.Geo., who is on the Board of Advisors of the Company. Dr. Cookenboo

has worked on gold and diamond projects in the Brazilian states of Goias, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Rondonia

and Tocantins in the past, and is currently conducting due diligence studies on-site in Brazil.

Under the terms of the LOI the Company has a 90 day exclusivity period during which it may conduct its

due diligence on the property and negotiate the terms of a binding option agreement.
