Gary Monaghan

Director and CEO

Mr. Monaghan, age 51, has been active in the mining industry since 2005, as a director of UC Resources Ltd. Mr. Monaghan has over 25 years of senior management experience in the communications industry working for companies such as Shaw Communications, Rogers Communications, and MDU Communications. He was the President and founder of MDU Communications Inc. (OTCBB: MDTV) from September 1998 to May 2001. Mr. Monaghan is a Director of Encap Investments Inc. a capital pool company (TSX-V: ENC.P) and Wind River Energy Corp (TSX-V: WVR) a natural gas company.

For the past decade, Mr. Monaghan has been operating his own consulting company and has provided services to various companies from initiating company start-ups and financings to union, legal or contract negotiations and determining successful administration, marketing and operations within companies. .

Jim Voisin

President & CEO

Mr. Voisin, age 50, has been very active in the mining industry for the past twenty years, including previous Board of Director experience, numerous investor relations assignments, and senior executive positions. He is the very recent past President of Cadillac Ventures Inc. and presently President of First Mexican Resources Inc. Previous to the mining industry experiences he served on the Board of Directors of OK Tire, a corporation with one billion dollars in sales based in Langley, B.C.
Through Greenstone Consulting Mr. Voisin has provided investor relations services to Spider Resources (SPQ) and Iberian Minerals (IZN) for many years, both of which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The extensive experience gained as a result of assisting in the development and re-opening process associated with the Iberian Minerals Aguas Tenidas mine in Spain, which has an estimated budget in excess of $300 million dollars. Mr. Voisin has substantial knowledge of the James Bay Lowlands and more specifically of the McFauld's Lake area where the recent Noront Resources major nickel, copper and PGM discovery has occurred.

Gregory Roberts

Director

Mr. Gregory Roberts, with a B.Sc. degree, is currently President of AHS Inc., a private company delivering communication services to the Pharma industry. He has extensive corporate experience in the sales, marketing, corporate strategy, business development, and communication fields with a track record of success in both private and public businesses. Mr. Roberts has a strong interest in the resource sector, including extensive investment experience in mining projects, and presently serves on the board of directors of a number of emerging growth companies in the resource sector.

Michael Roy

Director

Mr. Roy has over 30 years experience in the mining industry, working extensively in Mexico, Canada and Brazil. Mr. Roy is currently the Chairman and CEO of ECU silver, a successful mining company on the TSX (TSX:ECU). Mr Roy joined ECU as president and CEO in 1999. In 1977 he worked for PatiƱo Mines before moving to Camchib Resources where he worked from 1981 to 1986, supervising large exploration teams with multimillion dollar budgets. From 1986 to 1995, he worked as vice-president or president of various junior companies doing exploration work in Eastern Canada. During that time he started a small gold mining operation in the Rouyn-Noranda area. From 1995 to 1999, he was a consultant for several junior mining companies with properties in Canada, the USA, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico.

Nicole Wood, CGA

Controller

Mrs. Wood C.G.A. holds an Honors of Commerce in Business and her professional designation as a Certified General Accountant in Canada. Over the past nine years, Mrs. Wood has acquired a full range of accounting and financial management experience in several industries such as resources, technology and investment companies, all of which were publicly listed on Canadian or US Stock Exchanges. Prior to this, she had worked her way up to Vice President of a Canadian Mercantile Investment Banking Corporation.
