STIPULATION OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff Adaptive Headlamp Technologies, Inc. (“AHT”) and Defendant Mercedes-Benz USA LLC (“MBUSA”), hereby stipulate to the voluntary dismissal, with prejudice, of all claims asserted by AHT against MBUSA and all counter-claims asserted by MBUSA against AHT in this action. Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees.
