Argus Metals Corp. (formerly BlueRock Resources Ltd.) (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AML) announces that, due to the current state of the financial markets, it has made application to the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the terms of 2,900,000 outstanding share purchase warrants issued on May 22, 2008 (the "Warrants") by extending the expiry date by which the Warrants must be exercised from May 22, 2009 to May 22, 2010 and by reducing the exercise price of the Warrants from $0.85 to $0.30 per share.
