here is the thing for Bayfield.

RR is very interested in the Burns Block. They are trying to buy the surface rights.

BYV has the high grade...perhaps the high sulphidation of the porphery?

Now if I am a major who is interested in the hugh resource at RR, I would see my way in is to buy BYV now before RR gets it. Then my negotiations with RR will go much easier than if I wait and try to buy the entire property.
