11:44 AM EST, 02/08/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Beaufield Resources (BFD.V) surged 9% in recent trade after it has successfully completed its first six holes of the current drill program on the Rouleau Gold Zone and is increasing drilling in the area.

The current program will provide more data for the geological model and will systematically work deeper and along strike where mineralization remains open in these directions.

The stock moves at the top half of 52-week range $0.04 - $0.16.
