I was thinking we might be in an upward trend. From the looks of things so far today I am wrong. One of the main problems I see is investors don't have any confidence buying at the Ask. Management needs to fix this problem quick or they will only be digging a deeper hole.

The 10Q issue is another problem that weighs heavily on investors. They could easily release a PR keeping current investors informed until the 10Q is filed and not scare off possible new investors.
