More than likely he is. As well as Kaiser and brooks. They pulled it off. Wiped most of us out with a 300-1 reverse split and then issued themselves more paper to sell at no cost. So more than likely those 3 individuals are proud of themselves. They must have made a lot of money and I am sure the 3 of them realize they have zero talent. So to make that money while being completely useless. Big accomplishment. 

Those that thought these useless individuals would build a viable business where shareholders would benefit. Well, they lost. Those like myself that thought the SEC would step in and save the small shareholder like myself. Well, I lost too.
