Brett management appears to have folded like a cheap tent. And if this offer is so "friendly" .. why is BBR on the hook to OSK for 17 million if it fails.

It looks like OSK is trying to scam $17 mill off of a low bid. A regular "heads we win" ... "tails you lose" kind of offer.

I just went through this kind of non-sence with FWR. The management was crowing on about how NOT's 42c offer should be accepted ... blah blah blah. We all know how that turned out.

As always ... just my opinion.
