It is really nice for a change to become overweight in a stock because the price has risen !

I believe two factors are at play:1) It was oversold and underowned due to constant worry about China and interest rates; 2) Added to SP 500, institutions now paying close attention, and paying for the built in generic growth resources that CLF picked up cheap in the last 2 years. Yes, they could be a prize for a mega major, but sp will most likely be earnings driven higher. Looks like they may tackle FPX next, another small cap project they are well into. What do you think of chances they could get interested in non-cr parts of McFaulds ?
