Elmer has said himself that he must ensure he gets the BFS right because he only gets one shot at it. Seeing as he has brought five mines to production, I trust he knows how to play his cards.

The BFS is the document that moves a mountain. Teck either has to drop a BIG load (of cash or shares, of course) or get off the pot. I'd say that's pretty darn momentous.
