I spoke with Elmer about a month ago and he acknowledge that there was a timeline but not a deadline. They are not going to hold a gun to Teck's head to make a decision. In my opinion, he knew a decision was not going to be made by the 120 days. Now the question is why? It appears that there is something on Teck's side of things that they need to get done. Is that finding a partner? Waiting for EA? Could be a number of things but personally, this not being wrapped up in the 120 days was not a surprise to me. It will happen when it happens.
