I just wonder of a Teck decision to back in will come as it happens or only after the JV terms of that decision have been worked out. What if they can't arrive at an agreeable JV agreement on that earn-in declaration? The details to a 3 party JV situation for such a large project must be huge. I am starting to think that a earn-back and the JV could be announced at the same time.

I think the 120 days as a real thing has been put to bed by the last NR and the length of time we've been waiting to date.
