Yep. Around $48 million but that is based on the historical numbers.

Until we see more information, there is no accurate way of figuring out Van Dyke's worth.

It's more of an eye opener that Van Dyke wasn't some sand box that we are drilling in and that the area Van Dyke is in has some potential and certain miners are interested.
