On that link is a letter to Teck from the EAO office that states the EA application must move forward by Mar 27, 2016 or the application will be cancelled.

Maybe Teck's hand is being forced to move ahead and someone knows or its just speculators placing their bets?

Maybe this will bring a long awaited sustained jump in share price?

It would be crazy to sell shares now, likely more upside from here as we approach Mar 27.

We may see an announcement any time. If Teck lets it get cancelled look out below. Interesting times - our SP is likely going way up or way down.

1.8 million shares traded makes me think it may be good news?
