If Copper Fox, Teck, both or anyone else wanted to take over Carmax operations without going throught the hassle of shareholders or buying the whole company but just wanted their claims what would be the fastest and cheapest way of doing it without any hassle? Buy up their "expired" claims. If this is all true, it will be interesting to see who actually ends up with those claims and how much is paid. I wonder if this was all organized ahead of time?

Told you it was way out there but is anyone really stupid enough to let pretty well every claim in the company just expire and nobody even notices?
