There is nothing new here that I can tell that would qualify as an update. Not even setting an expectation as to when the PEA will be completed? Not in even stating which quarter, not even which half of the year?

Notable and consistent sub-message: the defence of the 2013 FS. Mentioned five times. The '2013' year is referenced a couple of more times.

This NR seems directed to a single reader and reads like a shot across their bow.
