Discount rate

If Discovery Silver can use a 5% discount rate with silver accounting for 30%-45% of the revenue on average, should SC also be valued using 5%? Or maybe DSV should be valued using 8%?

With gold making its move, gold and silver would represent close to 30% of the SC revenues?
