My wife attended a NPD dinner this week. Adrian Dix hinted that his platform will be concentrating largely on the following:
- Quashing the Northern Gateway Pipeline to BC's West coast (that got some groans out of the union folks lol!)
- Local Sourcing (e.g. 100 mile diet type stuff) (okaayyy...lol!)

Sustainability (big vague basket of potential issues to concentrate on here...)
- Ministry staffing. After years of the BC liberals gutting the staff of the various ministries (Parks and Min of Environment got it especially hard), AD wants to increase the number of government workers (pretty standard NDP stuff)
