Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

I attended this morning's AGM and asked the following questions of Mike Elson after the formal meeting ended - 7 minutes from start to finish - and got the indicated responses:

Q1: Can you give us an update on the drilling ?

A1: We have completed seventeen holes, six on the Conley, one of which was

through the ice and the rest on the PFG property. We have no assay

results back yet.

Q2: Was there any visible gold in the cores ?

A2: No.

Q3: Will there be more drilling this year ?

A3: Yes. And we currently have a shovel excavating on the Wyatt

Q4: Do you have any money left ?

A4: Yes, about $1 million

Q5: Will you need to raise more money this year ?

A5: Maybe

Q6: Do you have a good relationship with SGR, SKP and WEL ?

A6: Yes, we know them all. SGR has been very helpful, letting us use their

office facilities. Hugh Wynne owns seven million shares of Cougar.

Q7:When will the Company get listed on the TSX venture ?

A7:The Company lawyer said the application is almost ready to file but it

would probably be June of this year (2010) at the earliest before

everything is approved and the Company listed.
