I have had a standing order at $1.75 that took 3 days to fill and then in pieces. $1.74 is currently strong support, but the high volume you see on the ASK is IMHO a head fake to fill orders on the BID beyond what is shown (hence why us retail schmoes have a hard time geting filled even when the bid drops to a couple thousand shares.
