Maybe, but they turned information around regarding the permit denial very quickly, as they should given the material nature of the disclosure.

This is obviously also material and should have been released promptly imo.

I don't have a problem with Fung not outright owning a lot of stock as he has ~1.5 million vested options. Buying more is dumb from a portfolio diversification perspective. In my past employment situations, I likewise never purchased stock in my company, even when I was bullish, as I held many options.
