Ok, I'll go with that. The only thing I would swith is that market perception is a by product of political risk. Political risk is assessed on the performance of the respective politicians that generate it positive or negative. They generate it and from what I see of Ve politicians at this point, they don't seem too keen on changing it. From our nasty Nort Americano capitalistic viewpoint it looks like a negative looking at Vz imo.
Anyway the only point I'm trying to make is it is all part of any prudent investment strategy. Go kry go
