AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Hi. Enjoyed your posts today. I agree with alot you have to say. In terms of the noteholders no doubt efforts will be made to get them to cool their jets for the next 90 days. An argument can be made that we still have physical possession of the mine till it has handed over. This would allow us time to file for arbitration without getting beaten down again. Can't get blood out of a stone. White knight buys out bonds on the cheap, or work out a deal to provide a portion of arbitration claim reward to help cashflow Crystallex through arbitration with a portion of the sale of equipment going to noteholders - just so many possibilities here to work with the noteholders.

Which country (and I might add the only country) is advancing cash to Venezuela? Which country has the bargaining strength in dealing with Venezuela. China isn't in begging with Venezuela. The foot is actually on the other foot - the Chinese foot. Before we assume that we (Crystallex) failed in this effort, let me remind everyone that it was the Chinese tasked with getting the permit. They failed. So, let the Chinese do their thing while we prepare for arbitration.

I bought more today and intend to continue to work towards bringing by average below 30 cents.

Something smells very fishy about all this.....where is Hugo and Khan and all their comments about kicking out the capitalists, years we have read about this but yet when they do it there is a news blackout. Now, we don't get what we had negotiated so we fall back to the next option - a negotiated settlement while we prepare and possibly file for arbitration.

And where's Uncle Roy in all this? Come on Roy give us all a good bash or has Agapov asked you to be hush on this one? Not like you Roy to enjoy an opportunity to bash. Or is Rusoro looking at an opportunity?
