AR, I won't venture to guess what percentage will scare Tenor but I do know from the court documents what Gowlings has said the issue is. From what they have done so far I think they are far too arrogent to offer a settlement. Without Gowlings we would be looking at the grabbing our last 12%.

I'm pretty sure Gowlings will have a plan with a dollar figure or they wouldn't have done this on a contingency basis. In the end Gowlings will spend millions and only be paid from what they claw back.

It would have to be a pretty big figure to make this worth while unless they think there is a quick settlement in play.
