You misread my post. I wasn't responding to your post.

I was responding to JC's reply to your post with his expert knowledge of CCAA saying that Fung, Tenor and the rest of the crooks don't have a fiduciary duty to shareholders anymore because they are in CCAA. Even the most negative anti shareholder posters can't defend Fung and what he has done to line his pockets at the expense of shareholders who were mislead about their investment.
