yes. it was writtrn April 7th 2016. Like you said almost a year ago.

What delays has VZ made that you posted here about to slow down the enforcement order.

There is action in the fall about the bond issue but can't find anything on the enforcement order.

That is why I was surprised you said something happened in Dec.
