I'll give Paau some  more conspirecy theories to work on. Communicated with Tony a long time ago when I thought he was supportive of all shareholders given his position on Fung's MIP. After the inital conversation we had he seemed to be supportive of what Fung was doing including the high burn rate.

I googled him and found out he was a partner at Norton Rose which is now Norton Rose Fulbright I think. In looking up his law firm I was very surprised to see that they were representing GRZ. 

Don't know if it means anything or not but I do know the more layers that get peeled the more commonalities that appear. I'm not suggesting anything other than what a coincidence.
