The stay in CCAA doesn't mean we will be going into 2025 because the auction will take place or Crystallex gets paid by VZ first. Everyone has to remember we are not under OFAC restrictions like other trying to attach. Our best case is for Stark to return to the original lawsuit which is just us. For Stark to delay the auction for others harms Crystallex from collecting immediately. VZ would then settle before the auction.

If VZ gets saddled with all the other jusgements including the bondholders they have no reason to settle since they would lose everything anyway.

We will get paid in 2024 unless something drastic happens.

Patience on our part is needed. Case on Monday. 2nd binds on June 11th. Decision on July 15th I think.
