It was a no harm no foul hearing. This was done in Dec. in CCAA and needed to be done here. Other than a change in terminology from stay to tolling we did accomplish our goal. The lawyer in person stated that the only objector was Adelso but the court was aware there were over 70 of us watching. Adelso was not alone!
