Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Nice find here.

What about them doing that 10:1 consolidation? Granted that's a few months away but could it be weighing on investors minds?

I don't know if it's relevant at this point in time but as soon as I read that I assumed there'd be an opportunity to buy the shares after the fact..and pay less.

At the meeting, shareholders also approved a resolution ratifying and confirming D-BOX's stock option plan, as required under the policies of theTSX Venture Exchange, and a special resolution authorizing, if deemed advisable by the Board of Directors no later than August 20, 2010, an amendment to the Articles of D-BOX so as to consolidate the common shares of D-BOX on the basis of one share for a maximum of ten common shares then issued and outstanding.
