Here is an update sent out today to those on the Macmillan email list...my favorite part....."hopefull of clearance this month"!

Dear Interested Party

We are pleased to inform you that our revised Prospectus dated June 10, 2010 and an updated and revised Las Cucharas Property report are both filed on SEDAR.

We remain very hopefull that our Prospectus will be cleared by the OSC this month.
