I thought that's what they t0ok with them. If I recall, there should be about 60m outstanding shares of MM. there shouldn't be any significant expenses, so a "back of the envelope calculation" says that MM should be valuated at $0.08 ($5M / 60M) (assuming no other tangible assets, which isn't true because they have properties in Mexico). Scary, though, that this SP compares to DRV's current SP.
