The relationship with Leclanche is interesting in terms of its potential. A supply arrangement for electrodes (likely agreed to prior to EFL aquisition) is not going to be incredibly lucrative on its own, but the possibility of a larger future relationship in other areas may bring added value.

EFL has stated in the past that part of their growth strategy is licencing their technology.

Leclanche (2014 Annual Report) states (pg. 4) that their growth strategy includes:

a) Acquisition or licensing of Battery Module designs and best-in-class Battery Management Systems software, widely known as BMS.

b) Addition of high energy-density lithium-ion chemistries such as LFP or graphite/NMC, coupled with our world-leading Titanate chemistry to address power-intensive applications

It's not clear that EFL can offer much to Leclanche in these areas moment, but the link between Litarion and Leclanche does create considerable room for dialogue. And two of the aspects of cell/system manufacture that EFL touts are its intelligent battery management system (iBMS), and its energy density/chemistry. If they can licence that technology to a company with actual contracts, that would be good step towards increasing revenues.
NOTE: Leclanche itself is not exactly setting the battery world on fire, with its $10M/year revenues getting gobbled up by huge raw material and personnel expense costs. Non-toxic (NMP) production to the rescue?
