Awhile back I posted this job regarding NPI (new product introduction). At the time I thought it was regarding the new battery made with the combined combined technology of electrovaya and litarion. http://ca.indeed.com/cmp/Electrovaya-Corp./jobs/Director-Operation-d64d305efc00cc71 I now believe that this new product is actually batteries for material handling equipment (forklifts, etc.). They have made a couple of recent announcements about working with wal-mart and mondelez for forklift products. In the conference call they stated the industrial area was a priority sector and stated they have a pipeline of 80 million in that area and mentioned in passing that they had talked to a european customer as well. 80 million is a huge number and would involve at least a couple of major announcements and would involve a very large volume of battery packs. We also saw recently a job posting for litarion that was for a salesperson specifically for industrial (forklift) applications.
